Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support our sales processes. A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations is required. Experience in the media industry or exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices and scalable design.

Build and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes/triggers.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware tools.

Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technology teams to enhance CRM capabilities.

Ensure high levels of data integrity and platform performance.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release management.

Provide technical documentation and training as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 but preferrably up to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (must-have).

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DX.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have:

Exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud.

Experience working in or with media, entertainment, or publishing industries.

Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
