Komforce Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

The Komforce Referral Program (“Program”) rewards individuals (“Referrer”) for introducing candidates who are successfully placed in roles by Komforce Pty Ltd (ABN 33 681 362 658) (“Komforce”, “we”, “our”).
By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Komforce may only participate if they are not involved in the recruitment process for the referred role.

Referrers must provide valid bank account details for payment.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.
2. Qualifying Referral
A “Qualifying Referral” is a candidate who:
a. Is referred to Komforce before applying directly or being in contact with Komforce within the last 12 months.
b. Is successfully placed in a role through Komforce (directly or via a client).
c. Remains in continuous employment or engagement for three (3) months from their start date.
3. Reward Amounts
The reward amount depends on the seniority of the role and the country/region of the placement.

Geographic Adjustments

Australia / New Zealand placement – 100% of above amounts.

India / Southeast Asia placement – 50–70% of above amounts.

US / Europe placement – 120–150% of above amounts.
Komforce may review and update reward amounts at its discretion. The amount applicable will be that in effect at the time the referral is submitted.
4. Payment of Rewards

Rewards are paid within 30 days after the candidate completes the 3-month qualifying period.

Payment is made via bank transfer in AUD or another agreed currency.

Komforce is not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges.
5. Exclusions
No reward will be paid if:

The referred candidate is already in Komforce’s database or has been in contact with Komforce within the last 12 months.

The referred candidate has been submitted by another party or applied directly to Komforce or the client for the same role.

The candidate is employed by Komforce, a Komforce subsidiary, or a Komforce client at the time of referral.
6. Multiple Referrals
If more than one Referrer submits the same candidate, the reward will be paid to the Referrer whose submission was received first.
7. No Obligation to Place
Komforce has no obligation to interview, place, or engage any referred candidate.
8. Confidentiality
Referrers must not share any confidential client or role details they may learn during the referral process.
9. Tax Obligations
Referrers are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from reward payments. Komforce may provide tax documentation if required by law.
10. Right to Refuse
Komforce reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet these Terms or that are deemed invalid at its discretion.
11. Program Changes and Termination
Komforce may amend or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals received before the change will be honoured under the Terms in effect at the time of submission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
