Project Coordinator Job Title and Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope and on time.
Konsise is a Tax & entity management software for tax teams, corporate secretaries & accounting firms.
A centralised compliance platform for corporate teams and accounting firms to streamline SARS eFiling, manage entity structures and CIPC beneficial ownership submissions. While you focus on growing your business or managing clients, Konsise automates tax, entity, and beneficial ownership processes, keeping you accurate, efficient, and compliant.
Reason for vacancy: Team expansion
Reporting to: Head of Services
Management level of role: This is not a management role.
Working environment & travel: Team-orientated environment. Driver's license and own transport are essential.
Working hours: 7:30 am to 4:00pm weekdays and will ideally understand that there may be times that they need to work overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and delays when necessary.
- Coordinate internal resources across Product, Development, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly project reports.
Required Experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- At least three years of proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in the software implementation space.
- Proficient in project management tools and software and have experience working with MS Office.
