Graduate Tester

WHO ARE WERECRUITING?

We are currently recruiting for our Graduate Tester Program at Konsise.

We encourage applications from students that have already graduated that are keen to secure a position.

THE PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for young, vibrant, driven individuals, IT skills are essential. You'll need a degree in IT, computer science or a technology-related subject. You must have a real passion and flair for technology and an understanding of how it can be used with a desire to learn about software engineering and end-to-end design and delivery and may also know a thing or two about programming.

Overall, were looking for a willingness to try new things, a desire for self-improvement and a strong work ethic.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program allows you to work with some of the most advanced technologies on the market and develop industry-leading specialist skills. As a key team member, you will be responsible for testing features and enhancements developed by the development team. You will participate in our Agile software development process by learning how to analyse application requirements, design documents, and user stories, developing comprehensive test structures and test plans, executing tests and analyses results so that software solutions meet business expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Knowledge of testing principles/techniques. Understanding of documenting and managing system defects. Gain Javascript experience. We follow the Agile development methodology and use Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOPS as part of our team processes. We want you to understand the bigger picture, develop deep industry expertise and learn about IT strategy, the technology vision, data centre technology, security, and enterprise architecture.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

To apply to join the internship program you must;

be a recent BSc (CS), BSc IT or BCom Informatics graduate (2022/23) from a reputable university

be between 18 - 25 years old

have a verifiable qualification certificate and no criminal record

be able to effectively communicate in English

(written and verbal)

be prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.
