Support & Training Officer - Hybrid Brussels

We currently have a vacancy for a Support & Training Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals;

  • Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities;

  • Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities ;

  • Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance ;

  • Create and implement a business vision.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;

  • At least 3 years of experience in user support (including user training);

  • Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals;

  • Proven experience of PL/SQL (designing complex queries, debugging and/or fine-tuning existing queries);

  • Excellent experience with Excel filters, pivots, charts, and complex formulas;

  • Experience defining and implementing strategies;

  • Knowledge of statistical mathematics fundamentals;

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio would be an asset;

  • Experience with VBA macros would be an asset;

  • Experience with Jira would be an asset;

  • ITIL certification would be an advantage;

  • Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.

Details:

- Position: Support & Training Officer

- Deadline: 19/02/2024 at 12:00 CET

- Rate: 470EUR per day (all inclusive, depending on experience)

- Hybrid model 2 days a week onsite in Brussels and the rest teleworking.​
