Korzen Health is proud to partner with a premier behavioral health hospital located in Westborough, MA—approximately 45 minutes west of the Boston area. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist to join their dedicated and collaborative team.

Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a state-of-the-art, 108-bed facility committed to providing high-quality inpatient psychiatric care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position is inpatient only, with responsibilities focused on admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient management. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, PMHNPs, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and support staff.

Facility Highlights

  • 108-bed, 90,000 sq. ft. modern hospital situated on a 15-acre campus

  • Recently constructed (8 years old) with advanced infrastructure and technology

  • Collaborative team of 6 Psychiatrists and 2 PMHNPs, including 4 Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists

  • Average Daily Census (ADC): 99 patients

  • Comprehensive on-site services including OT, RN, LCSW, and administrative support

Unit Composition:

  • 2 Child/Adolescent ASD Units

  • 1 Child/Adolescent General Unit

  • 4 Adult General Units

  • On-site Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs

Scope of Work

  • 100% inpatient responsibilities (no outpatient duties)

  • Balanced mix of admissions and discharges

  • PMHNP support for medication checks

  • No night call or weekend coverage required

Compensation and Benefits
