Structural Field Engineer

We are on behalf of our client looking for a Structural Field Engineer for a project in Sandnessjøen, Norway.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Assist the production with solving of the technical problems which could occur during the execution of building- or installation work at the construction site
• Prepare work basis and documentation for technical solutions in cooperation with the shop engineering
• Assist the production with interpretation of drawings and job basis
• Establish TC (Technical Clarification) in MIPS
• Close communication with work leader method, shop engineering, PRE, with more
• Check location and installation are construction and HSSE friendly
• Close co-ordination with production - position will also cover piping field engineering

Qualifications and personal attributes:

• Bachelor, Master or other relevant education and experience
• Good knowledge to 3D/2D DAK-systems , MIPS and planning system
  
• Knowledge to applicable project documents, standards and code
• NB! Available for work in Norway!
• Good communicative skills in English (Norwegian an advantage) and team player
• NB! Valid work permit in Norway (or being located within the EU)!
