Operations Planner

We are on behalf of our client looking for a Operations Planner for a project in Bergen, Norway.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Offshore planning in cooperation with land and offshore organization.
• Update and maintenance work orders in Customers system / SAP / Safran.
• Update and maintenance of 6 week staff plan.
• Participating in operational discussions.
• Cooperation with customers organisation staff (Equinor).
• Follow up of offshore team.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

• Bachelor, Master or other relevant education
• Need to have experience from offshore work within piping, electro etc - this is essentional
• Must have to understand scope of work with other disciplines and interfaces.
• Need to be pro-active, curious and forward leading. as this role will need to take responsibilities from day to day.
• This role will also be responsible for recourse planning related to work planned offshore.
• Need to manage details as well as the overall picture.
• Must have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and Eglish as the role require interaction with many different stakeholders.
• Team player
• Valid work permit in Norway (or located within the EU)
