Our fast-growing KPMG People & Change Advisory practice in Malta (Europe), comprising of passionate and talented team-members coming together from 9 different countries, assist and advise clients with multidisciplinary management consulting expertise. We are seeking to recruit high performing, upbeat, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our Talent Acquisition powerhouse to deliver end-to-end solutions engineered to fit the unique contextual realities of clients spanning across industries and geographies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accountable to establish value-adding relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Research, design sourcing strategies, build candidates personas, direct source, track sourcing metrics, interview, maintain a high-quality hiring bar and advise Clients to select specialised talent across multidisciplinary Client clusters inclusive of Technology.
- Participate with idea generation to augment efficiency and effectiveness by reducing time-to-fill and time-to-hire per vacancy.
- Actively contribute to the continuous development of people networks globally to secure robust talent pooling and pipelining capability.
- Consistently optimise the candidates experience with a focus to increase engagement.
- Partake in engagement team reviews upon completion of projects to identify lessons learnt.
What we look for in you?
- 2-5 years experience working with Management Consulting Firms delivering on Talent Sourcing engagements.
- Well-researched into Talent Acquisition (ideal).
- A team player.
- Passion to source high-quality talent.
- Creative and critical thinker.
- Data-driven.
- Client-centric.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Media and Business Administration or related.
- Obsession to commit to a learning culture.
- Technical skills: intermediate level use of ATS, Microsoft Office suit, mainly PPT and Excel.
- Willingness and availability to relocate to Malta (Europe).
