KreativeHR is conducting a recruitment process on behalf of a large international corporation with a strong presence in financial services and asset management.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Group Investment Office environment, working at the core of investment operations, portfolio record keeping, and reconciliation activities, within a highly structured and international setup.
Role Overview
The Group Investment Office (GIO) is responsible for managing the organizations invested assets and delivering investment services, financial analysis, and controls at group level.
Within GIO, the Investment Record Keeping team acts as the central hub for:
- capturing investment transactions initiated by internal and external asset managers;
- reconciling investment positions and valuations with custodians, asset managers, loan agents, and valuation agents;
- maintaining the integrity of the investment portfolio and supporting downstream investment accounting activities.
The role also involves close collaboration with the Group Treasury function, particularly in relation to pledged assets and collateral management.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and manage all investment transactions across the group portfolio;
- Reconcile positions and valuations with custodians, asset managers, loan agents, and valuation agents;
- Act as a central record-keeping reference point for investment data;
- Ensure appropriate controls over investment portfolios and valuations;
- Support preparation of investment accounting activities;
- Collaborate closely with Group Treasury on pledged assets and collateral administration.

This position sits within the Investment Record Keeping team and offers strong exposure across investment operations and control functions.
Language Requirements
French Advanced (Level 5)
English Good working proficiency (Level 3)
