Treasury Analyst

Were excited to support a major global reinsurance player in hiring a Treasury Analyst who will contribute to their dynamic treasury function.

The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, accuracy, and integrity of treasury activities, supporting payment processes, bank account administration, FX settlements, and reporting.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to support global back-office treasury activities. The role involves maintaining bank accounts and documentation, assisting with payment processing and FX settlements, and contributing to reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain bank accounts, update banking powers, and manage document archiving.

• Monitor electronic bank statements and support accurate payment processing and issue resolution.

• Support FX deal validation, settlement, and SSI maintenance in SAP TRM.

• Assist with weekly cash variation analysis, bank charge reviews, and reconciliation support.

• Manage collateral reporting and pledge platform activities for designated regions.

• Coordinate compliance follow-ups and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to group-level projects and reporting as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations.

• Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).

• Experience with TMS (e.g., Neo link, MBE, Natixis, Connexis) and Swift communication tools.

• SAP TRM experience is a strong advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

• Experience in settlements, confirmations, or reconciliations an asset.

• Knowledge of the reinsurance industry a plus.
