Invoicing Team Leader

We are hiring for our client: Invoicing Team Leader Real Estate Industry

We are looking for a highly experienced Invoicing Team Leader to join the Finance team of our client a leading real estate company managing a diversified portfolio of Class A office buildings, residential compounds, and shopping centers across Romania.

In this position, you will lead and coordinate the invoicing process across the companys commercial, residential, and office properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the invoicing process for all tenants across the real estate portfolio.

• Review lease contracts and ensure accurate billing based on agreed terms (indexation, payment terms, service charge adjustments).

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal and Leasing on contract updates.

• Validate lease data in SAP prior to invoice issuance.

• Improve and maintain internal invoicing procedures and control processes.

• Resolve billing discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and support month/year-end closings.

• Prepare various reports and provide audit support.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar invoicing role. Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of lease agreements, service charges, and real estate financial processes.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and accuracy.
