Position: I.T Personnel

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Staff / IT Personnel to support the companys infrastructure, systems, and technical needs. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure system reliability, provide user support, and maintain data security in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to onsite and remote employees.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data backups
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and software updates.
• Implement IT policies, best practices, and security protocols.

Who You Are:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of network systems, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity basics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Windows, and cloud-based tools preferred.
• Willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
