Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or call handling experience is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Leadership experience and skills is an advantage
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns or inquiries
- Document call details and update records in the appropriate systems
- Use internal tools and platforms to assist customers effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and procedures
Who you are:
- Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.
- Knowledge with Microsoft excel.
- BPO experience of at least 1 year is an advantage
- With good leadership skills
- Able to work onsite and night shift.
