Position: Client Account Associate Support Level 1
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate Support Level 1 to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Basic Qualification:
- Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Email Management Skills
What You'll Do:

Provide daily operational support directly to clients.

Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.

Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and maintain reports using Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.

Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Who You Are:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.
- Knowledge with Microsoft excel.
- BPO experience of at least 6 months to 1 year is an advantage
- Able to work onsite and night shift.
