Position: Client Success Partner
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Client Success Partner to serve as the main point of contact between our company and its clients. This role focuses on handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and providing guidance to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands business operations, and can help clients achieve their goals through effective coordination and strategic support.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary liaison for client communications, ensuring timely responses and professional support.
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and operations teams to meet client needs and deliver outstanding service.
- Assist clients in identifying opportunities for process improvement and growth.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery and experience.
- Support the management team in developing client engagement strategies.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
