Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end users for all MES-related issues.
  • Ensure 24×7 operational support to enable uninterrupted global manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous coverage.

  • Respond to and resolve MES incidents and service requests received via email, remote support tools, and ITSM platforms, within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow request queues, specifically under EA – Camstar.
  • Proactively monitor alerts and error notifications from IT monitoring tools.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to MES Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.
  • Collaborate with SMEs on issue escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Perform other related MES support duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments with MES exposure.

  • OpCenter Camstar experience is a strong advantage.

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications (Outlook, Excel).
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24×7 support environment.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to foster a positive working environment.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IT systems, specifically MES and/or ERP platforms.

  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing processes in electronics or medical device industries.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
