Project Manager – Banking Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to banking, financial services, or fintech projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of banking operations and processes, combined with the ability to work closely with technology and product teams to deliver business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end banking and fintech projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Understand banking operations, processes, products, and financial services requirements and translate business needs into clear project and technology requirements.
• Work closely with technology, product, business, and client teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Gather and document business requirements and ensure they are effectively communicated to technology and development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and drive timely resolution to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the implementation of digital banking, payments, core banking, financial services platforms, or other banking technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking, financial services, fintech, or related technology environments.
• Good understanding of banking operations and processes.
• Experience managing technology-driven banking or fintech projects.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into project and technology requirements.
• Comfortable working with technology, product, development, and business teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and project delivery skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies would be an advantage.
• Exposure to digital banking, payments, core banking, financial services platforms, or related solutions is preferred.
