We are seeking Control Engineers (PLC Programming) with strong hands-on experience in PLC instrumentation and industrial control systems. The role focuses on front-end PLC programming, system integration, commissioning, and supporting automation solutions across manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain PLC control programs for industrial automation systems.
  • Configure and program PLCs using platforms such as GE, Emerson, Siemens, Omron, Keyence, and Allen Bradley (RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000).
  • Work on PLC instrumentation and control systems, including I/O mapping and control logic validation.
  • Perform system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
  • Support front-end control system design, including HMI/SCADA interaction where applicable.
  • Diagnose and resolve PLC, instrumentation, and control-related issues during development and operations.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and system teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and control specifications.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PLC automation and control systems.
  • Strong experience in PLC programming and instrumentation.

  • Hands-on knowledge of one or more PLC platforms: GE / Emerson / Siemens / Omron / Keyence / Allen Bradley.
  • Experience with RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to C#, .NET, Visual Studio is an added advantage.

  • System-level experience in automation projects is a plus.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently on-site.
