Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across network operations, identifying opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and service performance.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation use cases, from business problem definition and solution design through implementation and operational handover.
- Partner with business, engineering, platform, and operations teams to translate operational challenges into scalable AI, analytics, and automation solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across network planning, deployment, optimization, assurance, and service management teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor project benefits, including operational KPIs, productivity improvements, cost savings, and business value realization.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, data governance policies, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor solutions, and build-versus-buy options to support enterprise AI and automation strategies.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation best practices while supporting the organization's roadmap toward intelligent and autonomous network operations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives in complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of telecom network operations, including network assurance, provisioning, optimization, OSS/BSS, and service management.
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, workflow automation, cloud platforms, system integration, and closed-loop automation concepts.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, engineering teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and business engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and execution capabilities, with the ability to drive change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
