About the job Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager
You will be responsible for driving the company's filtration products by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities. This is to help us meet our customer acquisition and to increase sales revenue growth target.
- To be responsible in building business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- To plan and implement sales strategies according to the business plan and manage sales operations to increase profitability.
- To manage and secure success of sales and promotional events.
- To build and promote long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue reports, forecast to the management team.
- To prepare and submit reports on timely basis.
- To utilize sales management tools for managing the entire cycle of sales to produce better sales results.
- Identify new and emerging markets, market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
- Ensure personal and team compliance with company's code of conduct, values and behaviors.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years' work experience is sales with a proven track record.
- Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma OR those without qualification but possess good technical foundation and experience.
- Other Skill Requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM system experience
- Candidate must have filtration industry experience
