About the job German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Receiving and handling calls in German from customers for an important chain of hotels.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
What you will bring:
- Fluency in German (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in German & English
- Based in Malaga, Spain
- NIE, NAF and Spanish bank account.
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
