Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be assisting clients with booking upgrades and tourism-related inquiries. Your role will involve handling calls and written communications while providing an outstanding customer experience. You'll be part of a multicultural and dynamic environment, helping customers from across the globe.
What You'll Do:

Support customers with booking upgrades, changes, or general inquiries

Offer friendly, solution-oriented service via phone, email, and chat

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and procedures
Languages Required:

Portuguese (Native)

Spanish (C1)

English (Minimum B2)
What Were Looking For:

Experience in customer service (ideally in tourism or hospitality)

Comfortable using digital tools and working in a structured environment
