We are currently looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager with experience in B2B Enterprise products or services, this role will help Kuona in attracting customers with content designed to attract qualified prospects and converting them into leads and customers., you will help grow web traffic to increase revenue with content strategies, SEO/SEM, conversion testing, etc. We are looking for someone creative, organized, inquisitive, self-starter, and diplomatic. This role will lead the development and execution of international marketing initiatives for both the US and LATAM markets, in this role you will be a one-person-army responsible for understanding the core of our values, our product, and our market and implementing messaging and commercial campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive engagement and sales demand for Kuona. The role reports directly to our CEO and closely collaborates with other areas such as Sales, Product, and Talent. We are looking for someone that loves to make things happen. This position is fully remote.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the Digital Marketing area from scratch.

  • Define and develop the marketing plan and strategy for the company and our product.

  • Be an expert on our buyer persona audiences.

  • Marketing/demand generation activities for selected markets.

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)

  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, and events to drive customer acquisition

  • Grow inbound demand through Kuonas marketing website and optimizing our visitor conversion rate and potential customers journey.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and converts customers.

  • Conducting customer, competitor, industry, and product research, including analyzing what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company.

  • Regional event planning, event management, trade shows, panels, etc. - or comparable remote/virtual activities.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to effectively implement marketing and communication programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • 1+ years of experience working with marketing for B2B.

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.

  • 5+ years of proven successful experience in Inbound B2B Lead Generation Marketing (Email, SEO, social media, SEM).

  • Plus: 1+ years experience working in SaaS or digital products marketing.

  • Plus: 1+ years experience of enterprise software marketing experience.

  • Proficient experience as a copywriter or advanced content creation ability.

  • Fluency in researching and building buyer personas.

  • Experience working with marketing and CRM tools and other web-based tools

  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, embraces challenges and problem solving with a 'hands-on' approach

  • Excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
