We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a growing and awesome Sales team at a high-growth B2B technology company that lives and breathes innovation. Business is booming, we are expanding into new geographies, and we need more help. High-energy professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts are all welcome. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-driven & enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. We are looking for someone who loves to make things happen. This position is fully remote.


  • Can only consider people living in Monterrey, NL.

  • This position is hybrid (office time and remote time)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research organizations and leads using search tools including online resources, associations, and cold calling/emailing/direct messaging.

  • Database cleaning and maintenance (on CRM) on selected companies and individuals

  • Develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new customers through associations, chambers of commerce, and directly with prospects

  • Prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline for the outside sales team via outbound calling, email communications, social media, etc.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • 1+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)

  • Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience

  • Preferred: Experience being held to metrics

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Technical aptitude with proficiency with web-based applications, such as G-suite, Slack, and others.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient/advanced English spoken and written

  • Plus but not required: Hubspot

    • Technical interview for the role

    • Industry knowledge and management experience
