We are currently looking for an Account & Project Manager who is responsible for leading a team in a matrix fashion to streamline and optimize new client onboarding operations and drive our client engagement strategies to impact business performance. This role is responsible for the management and attention of the Kuona client base, as well as the care and growth of the relationship with clients and/or key accounts.
This position is hybrid-remote.
Candidate must live in Santiago de Chile, candidates outside this city or wanting to commute will not be considered.
Considering only candidates with previous experience working in the Food and Beverage industry / Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
The person in this role is in charge of the onboarding process for new clients (time planning, coordination of meetings for alignment and data transfer, initial training, start of activities).
Follow-up on requests for new developments in the tool (internal feasibility reviews, time planning).
Coordinates and prioritizes activities and times for inclusion in each iteration with the engineering team.
Participates in the definition of new developments to add value to the SaaS tool, as well as monitors and resolves problems in ongoing projects.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress.
Research, analyze, and diagnose customer issues and requests; escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progress
Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work
Maintains and grows relationships between the company and clients; works closely with other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction on all levels.
Works across multiple teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client, both internal and external, and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
3+ years of experience working as an account or project manager
1+ years experience working in the Food or Beverage industry
Plus: 2+ years of experience working in a technology or Saas environment or consulting firm
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a global team
Strong strategic selling skills and business acumen
Strong Project management skills
Demonstrate the ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance time across multiple accounts and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining profound attention to detail
Ability to meet timelines in project plans and lead the team to produce high-quality deliverables
Technical aptitude with proficiency with web-based applications, such a G-suite, Slack, Trello, and/or other PM tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc)
