We are looking for a Product Manager to join a growing and awesome Saas product team at a high-growth B2B technology company that lives and breathes innovation. In this role, you will work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in the consumer packaged goods industry to make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally. You will play a critical role in using your business and technical skills to conceptualize, architect, build and integrate the next generation of Revenue Management tools, you will thrive in this role if you have a strong business focus, an understanding of pricing and revenue process in the consumer goods industry and a passion for solving real user problems. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-driven & enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. This position is fully remote.

Be the voice of the customer
Identify growth opportunities for the product
Ability to work with executive leadership to drive clarity on business goals and objectives
Defines features and works closely with Customers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations to ensure the delivery of features
Negotiates and works closely with the Executive level stakeholders to challenge, question, and prioritize business objectives
Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives and maintains team health
Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
At least 2+ years of experience working in the consumer goods industry
Preferred but not mandatory: 2+ years of PM experience working on the platform, Saas, or digital products
Must be technology driven
Impact-driven and consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills that solve technical and operational problems for our users to enable foundation innovation
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional partners in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
Deeply empathize with customers and understand both internal and external customer needs
Ability to sell and influence without authority, and deal with ambiguity
Be able to negotiate and drive hard decisions
