We are currently looking for a Solutions Manager, Revenue Growth Management professional who will perform RGM analytics for pricing strategy, promotion, inventory, and trade, drive insights to support RGM strategy-setting; facilitate inter-department communication and sharing of best practices. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering insights and has solid financial and mathematical knowledge. A results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy for our clients. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, financially experienced, and business savvy. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves customers by identifying their needs and matching them with our portfolio.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Aids in sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
Requirements:
BA/BS University degree in Economics, Finance, Actuary.
3 to 5 years working at a fast-moving consumer goods industry
3+ years of experience in a Revenue Growth Management role
2+ years of experience applying mathematical models to great data-sets
Experience with categories in consumer goods (food and beverages)
Knowledge of analysis models for large quantities of data
Proficient experience with pricing strategy, channel pricing, price metrics, and elasticity analysis.
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Revenue Growth Management, Industry (FMCG) Knowledge-based
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Teamwork and Leadership skills
English spoken and written
