We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a growing and awesome Sales team at a high-growth Artificial Intelligence B2B technology company that lives and breathes innovation. Business is booming, we are expanding into new geographies, and we need more help. High-energy professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts are all welcomed. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-driven & enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. This position is fully remote.
We are looking for someone that has lived in an English-speaking country for some time or is highly advanced in Business English conversations.
Generate new business opportunities for the Kuona leads pipeline.
Research organizations and leads using search tools including online resources, associations, and cold calling / emailing/direct messaging.
Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new customers through associations, chambers of commerce, and directly with prospects
Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts
Prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline for the outside sales team via outbound calling, email communications, social media, etc.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
1-2 Years of Sales Experience.
Past experience in high-volume outbound sales.
Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience
Preferred: Experience being held to metrics
Preferred: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
Strong problem-solving skills
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Technical aptitude with proficiency with web-based applications, such as G-suite, Slack, and others.
