We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a growing and awesome Sales team at a high-growth Artificial Intelligence B2B technology company that lives and breathes innovation. Business is booming, we are expanding into new geographies, and we need more help. High-energy professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts are all welcomed. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-driven & enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. This position is fully remote.

We are looking for someone that has lived in an English-speaking country for some time or is highly advanced in Business English conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities for the Kuona leads pipeline.

  • Research organizations and leads using search tools including online resources, associations, and cold calling / emailing/direct messaging.

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

  • Develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new customers through associations, chambers of commerce, and directly with prospects

  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts

  • Prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline for the outside sales team via outbound calling, email communications, social media, etc.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.


  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience.

  • Past experience in high-volume outbound sales.

  • Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience

  • Preferred: Experience being held to metrics

  • Preferred: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Technical aptitude with proficiency with web-based applications, such as G-suite, Slack, and others.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient/advanced English spoken and written
