Junior Code Documentation Specialist (OpenAPI)
At Kwan Tecnología, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Junior Code Documentation Specialist, focused on API documentation using OpenAPI (Swagger).
This role is ideal for someone eager to build experience in technical documentation while learning about software architecture, integration, and development tools.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for REST APIs using OpenAPI (Swagger).
Collaborate with the development team to gather information about endpoints, workflows, and configurations.
Help standardize and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Prepare guides, examples, and technical notes to improve code understanding.
Learn and apply best practices for technical documentation.
Requirements
Basic understanding of REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, etc.).
Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation.
Strong interest in learning about documentation tools and software development processes.
Basic to intermediate technical English.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of version control (Git).
Academic or practical experience with technical writing or web development.
