WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Business Development Manager at KYZEN, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base within the iGaming and Forex sector. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and showcasing the value of our outsourcing services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming and Forex industries.
  • Educate prospective clients about KYZEN's services and how we can help them scale efficiently.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Actively attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and handover process for new clients.
  • Feature in promotional campaigns and contribute to KYZEN's brand awareness strategy.
  • Deliver regular updates on business development performance and market trends.
  • Represent KYZEN with integrity, passion, and a deep understanding of our services and client needs.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the company to support overall growth.
    

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Based in Malta, with deep knowledge of the local and international iGaming landscape.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the iGaming or Forex industries.
  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, resilient, and highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with limited resources and fast-paced changes.
  • Willingness to travel and represent KYZEN at industry events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passionate about what you do, with a genuine love for connecting with people.
  • Honest, driven, and hungry to succeed, and always pushing beyond boundaries.
