WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a pivotal member of the global operations team, your role will be critical in delivering an unparalleled player experience across the global brands we provide services in monitoring the transactions across their iGaming and Sportsbetting platforms, overseeing partnerships to ensure smooth player deposits and withdrawals. The primary objective is to proactively identify and mitigate risks and suspicious activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the players while safeguarding the interests of both customers and the business. Our steadfast mission is to create a secure and fair environment, placing player satisfaction and safety at the forefront of our efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detecting and managing suspicious and fraudulent activities, implementing steps to counteract fraud.
- Suggesting enhancements and giving insights.
- Evaluating, processing, and managing chargeback disputes.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
- Following AML & RG guidelines along with any relevant regulations.
- Executing KYC and EDD as required.
- Assembling and processing daily summaries & account audits.
- Executing pay-outs within set timeframes.
- Identifying individuals with multiple accounts and those misusing bonuses.
- Supporting Customer Service with heightened issues related to Risk, Payments, and Fraud.
- Addressing other tasks that may surface occasionally.
- Any other duties as required by the company from time to time.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Proficiency in effectively managing online payments and implementing fraud prevention strategies.
- Demonstrated efficiency in promptly handling tasks and adapting well to change.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across various internal departments and geographical locations.
- Self-driven and a dedicated team player with a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, while meeting daily deadlines and effectively managing time.
- Proactive mindset, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills with an ability to adjust priorities as needed.
- Constructive problem-solving abilities, coupled with a commendable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the online gaming sector.

- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
