WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our growing team at KYZEN. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited by the challenge of building, shaping, and scaling sales initiatives rather than simply following a predefined playbook.

You will be responsible for generating new leads and seeing them through to completion, whilst positioning KYZEN as a long-term strategic partner. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy and execution, where initiative, ownership, and adaptability are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively looking to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Owning and managing leads throughout the entire sales funnel.
  • Generating new business while cultivating, nurturing, and developing relationships.
  • Applying a consultative sales approach and positioning KYZENs services as tailored solutions rather than a one size fits all approach.
  • Building and refining the sales engine.
  • Working towards defined targets or quotas while remaining effective in less structured, startup-style environments.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure continuous alignment.
  • Continuously testing assumptions, analyzing results, and adapting approaches to improve sales conversion and performance.
  • Representing KYZEN professionally in calls, meetings, and industry events when required.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as the business evolves.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally showing internal growth rather than just lateral moves.
  • Proven experience originating sales, not relying solely on inbound or warm leads.
  • Receptive of buyers emotions with the ability to showcase how our services can help solve their pain points.
  • Comfortable working with quotas or targets, with success in both structured and less structured sales environments.
  • Experience building components of a sales engine.
  • Familiar with startup or scale-up environments and energized by their pace, fluidity, and opportunity.
  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to execute and do the day-to-day work required to succeed.
  • Strong ability to reel new leads in and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Adopts a consultative approach and extroverted by nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and positive, with the ability to juggle multiple balls.



NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous sales experience within a BPO environment (or similar).
  • Based in Malta (preferred).
