Lattitude has an immediate full-time opening for our Sales Associate team in Atlanta, GA, supporting the continued expansion of roofing and home remodeling services. This role is a strong foundation for individuals looking to grow quickly into higher-level sales and leadership positions.

We provide hands-on training in roofing and remodeling fundamentals, project onboarding, customer communication, and managing home improvement projects from start to finish—no prior industry experience required.

What You’ll Do As A Sales Associate:

• Speak with homeowners to explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs

• Guide customers through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff

• Build trust and deliver a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle

• Collect and manage customer information accurately within our CRM

• Answer questions around materials, timelines, and project expectations

• Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing or remodeling solutions

• Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Attend weekly trainings and sales meetings to sharpen your skills
