What You'll Do:

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads. No cold calling strangers from a list. Our in-house lead program generates 800,000+ Funeral Advantage-branded leads annually, so you're always talking to people who are already interested.

• Present and sell a product that genuinely helps families, an affordable whole life insurance policy that accepts 99% of applicants, regardless of health history.

• Build lasting relationships with clients in your community through a mix of in-person and remote consultations.

• Hit your goals and grow your book of business, earning commissions, renewals, and bonuses as you scale.

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration with fellow Insurance Sales Agents to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth.

What We're Looking For In A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:

• Previous experience in life insurance sales, sales, account management, client relations, or financial services

• A self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule

• A genuine desire to help people and make an impact

• A life insurance license OR willingness to obtain one (we'll help you get there)

• Reliable transportation

• Tech-savvy and reliable internet
