Delhi (with extensive travel), Fluency in English and Hindi

Lead Labhya's A/B testing and rapid experimentation engine to strengthen evidence, improve implementation, and inform strategic decisions across curriculum, training, and digital interventions. This role blends research design, field execution, behavioural insights, and structured learning dissemination to help Labhya answer its most important strategic questions with rigour and speed.

Role Expectations

*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.

Experiment Planning & Operationalization

  • Work with program and A/B testing teams to translate learning questions and hypotheses into practical implementation plans.
  • Support the planning of A/B or multi-arm pilots by outlining timelines, operational requirements, and feasibility considerations across program components.
  • Help prioritise experiment ideas based on program needs, readiness of field teams, and implementation feasibility.
  • Provide feedback on designed experiments such that they are practical to execute in school and field contexts.

Field Team Management & Training

  • Develop clear SOPs, checklists, and implementation guides to support field teams in delivering / driving experiments.
  • Train field team members in effectively conducting / facilitating these experiments on ground.
  • Track progress of ongoing experiments, monitor fidelity of implementation, and flag operational challenges early.
  • Work closely with field teams on a daily basis to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution.

On-ground Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct field visits to ensure complete adherence to assigned treatments and maintain fidelity of experiment implementation.
  • Ensure required behavioural, activity-level, and outcome-level data is being captured consistently and reliably.
  • Maintain clear and actionable documentation of experiment processes, implementation notes, and any deviations during rollout.

Learnings, Insights & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain a repository of ongoing and completed experiments, including implementation notes, experiment status, and key learnings and findings.
  • Streamline tracking of these experiments by using tech-based solutions.

  • Synthesize insights from experiments into simple summaries and actionable recommendations for program teams.
  • Share learnings with internal teams to inform program improvements and future experimentation.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors/Masters in Education, Social Science or any other field.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in program implementation, field operations, research coordination, or program evaluation in the development or education sector.
  • Experience supporting pilots, experiments, or program testing initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working closely with field teams and managing on-ground implementation across multiple locations is strongly preferred.

Characteristics

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
  • Strong operational and project and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining experiment trackers, SOPs, and learning repositories.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and share insights with program teams and leadership.
  • Ability to identify implementation challenges early and work with teams to troubleshoot and adapt.
  • Strong interest in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), mental health, and psychosocial development.
  • Comfortable in low-information, high-ambiguity contexts where quick judgment is required.
  • Deeply committed to integrity, transparency, and trust in both process and relationships.
  • Open to frequent travelling and being on-ground.
