About the job Senior Associate, Program Implementation
Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, (Extensive travel), Fluency in Gujarati, English and Hindi
Lead high-quality implementation of Manmanjari across approximately 60-70 KGBVs in Gujarat by managing and developing the on-ground team, using data and field insights to improve program delivery, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting sustainable, student-led implementation.
Role Expectations
*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.
- Lead, manage and develop the on-ground team through regular coaching, capacity building and performance follow-up.
- Identify implementation gaps and work with the on-ground team to resolve field challenges.
- Use implementation data and field insights to identify priorities and improve program delivery.
- Conduct regular visits to assess implementation and gather feedback from coordinators, student monitors and KGBV stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with district level government stakeholders and KGBV leadership/wardens to strengthen program ownership.
- Lead training and learning spaces to strengthen coordinators capability and practice.
- Coordinate between the coordinators, government stakeholders and KGBVs to ensure effective implementation.
- Collaborate with Curriculum, Training, RMEL and Data teams to strengthen program implementation
- Contribute to program reviews, reporting, documentation and cross-team learning.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences or a related field.
Experience
- Overall 3-7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with significant on-ground program implementation experience.
- Prior experience managing and developing on-ground teams is required.
- Experience working with government stakeholders and/or within government systems.
- Strong understanding of program implementation and field operations.
