Our client is building the digital infrastructure for commercial insurance. Today they provide developers a single API to get quotes for insurance products from multiple carriers. Tomorrow they want to build anything that helps developers connect their applications to the insurance ecosystem. They think buying insurance should be as easy as buying anything else online and they want your help!

The role As our Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll lead our efforts to onboarding new customers and convert them to successful Herald users. You'll report to Duncan (our Chief Revenue Officer).
You will work with executives, product managers, and engineers at large and high-growth companies that are building on top of Heralds infrastructure. You'll consult executives about how our product can drive value for their business, guide product managers on how to design the best solutions using our API, and answer developers questions about how our technology works.

Within Herald, you'll serve as a critical source of user feedback and will help shape the product and improve our customer experiences. You will build, grow, and manage a team to that can deliver a superior customer experience today and as we scale. This is a highly collaborative cross-functional role that requires working with customers as well as with multiple teams within Herald.


-Manage heralds implementation team, which owns the full onboarding cycle from contract signing through launch for herald customers.
-Build best-in-class implementation processes and internal operations
-Design product enhancements and directly influence our product and roadmap based on customer and developer needs during implementation
-Create and measure KPIs and drive improvement in line with company strategy
-Proactively develop and project manage a customers integration architecture, change management strategy, and timeline
-Collaborate with teammates on strategic projects to improve our processes and operations.

 What you bring

- 3+ years experience in a consultative role supporting technical clients, such as a solutions engineer, implementation consultant, product manager, or account manager, or customer success manager.
-1+ years experience managing a team Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft solutions
-Proven project management skills
-Proactive mindset and knack for identifying road blocks and opportunities for improvement in technical products and processes.
-The ability to quickly learn technical concepts
-Familiarity with APIs
-Strong written, visual, and spoken communication skills across audiences with a variety of technical knowledge
-A curiosity and affinity for learning and growth
