Senior Solutions Architect

Lady Bird Talent is partnering with a Series C FinTech company based in New York City, close to Union Square. This position will be a Hybrid role, where every Tuesday and Thursday is in-office as a team.

In the role of Senior Solutions Architect you act as the technical lead on multiple client implementations, working closely with the our clients Implementations Managers and conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose our clients product solutions.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products with a strong desire to work in a post-sales, client-facing role
• Hands-on, passionate and creative problem solver with the ability to lead clients to success
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence and buy-in
• Ability to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution
• Proven success in problem-solving with and for enterprises with a variety of requirements and technical ability levels
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Bonus: Previous experience working in FinTech Startup or KYC/Compliance space 
• Previous software development in Node.js, Python and web dev in Javascript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks - React
