Senior Product Manager, Scale

Lady Bird Talent is partnering with a Series C FinTech company based in New York City, close to Union Square. This position will be a Hybrid role, where every Tuesday and Thursday is in-office as a team.

In the role of Senior Product Manager you will work on the Scale Team, providing oversight and guidance on a deeply technical roadmap. You are curious about how to improve API response time and reduce loading times, and hold previous engineering experience on a scaling product. 

Required Experience:

• Min. 4+ years experience in Product Management
• Deep curiosity about and empathy for technical and client challenges and desire to solve tough problems collaboratively
• Experience working across multiple high performing teams
• A track record of launching new product initiatives in close partnership with Engineering from requirements to fully deployed and adopted functionality
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making to shape the platform's long-term vision
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Bonus: Previous experience at a high-growth startup is highly desired
