Restaurant Manager

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Heybo Phuket outlet, including team leadership, customer experience, food quality, operational standards, sales performance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth opening, service and closing.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the outlet team.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Drive excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain Heybo standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness and service.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor sales, Labour costs, food costs, wastage and other operating expenses.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and stock counts.
• Ensure cash-handling and POS procedures are followed accurately.
• Conduct team briefings and maintain strong communication with employees.
• Manage employee performance, attendance and disciplinary matters together with Human Capital Department.
• Support promotions, launches and local marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular operational reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant, QSR, café or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
• Customer-focused and hands-on.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling and basic reporting systems.
• Good Thai communication skills.
• Working English required; stronger English capability is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
