Job Requirement:

Process invoices. verify payment documents. validate VAT and withholding tax, and ensure timely vendor payments. Coordinate with operation team, purchasing team resolve issues and support month-end closing. Prepare the information for the RPT (report/confirmation) 

Qualification Required: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with Estate team.

Education Required : 

• Bachelor's Degree or High Vocational Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
