Restaurant Attendant (Bowler)

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Attendant (Bowler) is responsible for preparing and assembling Heybo bowls and providing friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Prepare and assemble Heybo bowls according to customer orders and recipe standards.
• Ensure correct portions and good food presentation.
• Explain menu ingredients and options to customers.
• Work quickly and accurately during busy periods.
• Keep serving counters and workstations clean and organised.
• Replenish ingredients during service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Support cashier duties after training.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Work with the outlet team to provide good customer service.

Requirements:

• Positive and friendly personality.
• Good customer service mindset.
• F&B experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.
• Able to work quickly and accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good Thai communication skills.
• Basic English preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
