Account Receivable Officer (Laguna Holiday Club)

Job Location: Phuket Thailand

Company: Laguna Holiday Club (Banyan Group)

Position Specific Requirements:

1.Prepare official receipt/Invoice and confirm the details to members

2.Closing Month End and year end of all AR

3.To Collect payment as due date and follow up overdue payments both Thai & Foreign member by calls and email

4.To receive payment of member both credit card and bank transfer into the system to be on time and accuracy

5.To prepare Reminder Letter : Club due

6.To prepare Refund letter

7.To respond and advice email to members

8.Prepare the payment to owner and other supplier

Position Specific Skills:

1.Prior experience in skill account
2.Excellent Microsoft excel
3.Working under pressure
4.Communicate by call and email to Thai & Foreign members
