Requirements:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, collection processes, account reconciliation, and reporting activities. The role also supports regional and local reporting requirements, maintains customer account accuracy, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts, and related transactions against daily bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Supervise and manage Accounts Receivable collection processes including payment reminders, client notifications, and follow-up activities after month-end closing.
Maintain and update customer information in accounting systems to ensure accurate invoice distribution and reporting.
Prepare Accounts Receivable and Laguna Property Management (LPM) reports for both regional and local reporting requirements.
Manage Bangtao1 Limited transactions including invoice issuance, inter-branch transactions, Related Party Transaction (RPT) confirmations, and related reconciliations.
Perform Advance Payment deductions and Balance Sheet reconciliations related to Accounts Receivable functions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.
Support month-end closing activities, audit requirements, and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting functions.
- Experience in property service, hospitality, or real estate business is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Familiar with accounting systems and ERP software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inter-branch and Related Party Transaction (RPT) processes.
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet reconciliation and month-end closing procedures.
- Good command of English communication is an advantage.
