Barista / Order Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Barista / Order Coordinator prepares beverages, coordinates customer orders and helps ensure orders are correct and served quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, beverages and other drinks according to Heybo standards.
• Ensure good beverage quality and presentation.
• Coordinate completed orders and call customer order numbers or names clearly.
• Check orders are correct before handing them to customers.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with menu questions.
• Keep the beverage and order collection areas clean and organised.
• Check beverage ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support cashier and service duties during busy periods.
• Support the outlet team when required.

Requirements:

• Previous barista, café or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and confident when communicating with customers.
• Able to handle several tasks during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good Thai communication skills.
• Conversational English preferred.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
