Head Chef (Associate Restaurant Chef)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate for the position of Associate Restaurant Chef (Head Chef) to join our new Associate Restaurant under the Allied Function at Laguna Phuket.

Key Responsibility:

• Oversee overall kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily performance
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Plan menus and manage food cost effectively
• Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creative with a good understanding of food trends
• Ability to work well under pressure
