About the job Hospitality Executive - Night Shift
Job Purpose:
The Rental Operations Night Shift Associate is responsible for managing and supporting guest and resident needs during overnight hours. This includes handling late check-ins, resolving urgent guest requests, ensuring property safety, and coordinating with on-duty Engineering and Security as needed. The role ensures high levels of service are maintained even during non-peak hours.
Key Result Areas:
1. Operational Excellence - Handle late check-ins, check-outs, and guest arrivals. Provide concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and a pleasant stay experience.
2. Tenant Satisfaction - Support the team in resolving complaints and addressing member ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
3. Property Management - Oversee the overall upkeep and functionality of unit facilities,
4. Compliance & Risk - Ensure all operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies to minimize risk and liability.
5. Sustainability - Implement energy-efficient and environmentally responsible maintenance practices to support sustainability goals.
General:
Responsible for overseeing rental operations during the night. Ensures smooth check-in/check out processes, responds to guest or tenant requests, coordinates with relevant departments for urgent issues, and maintains safety and service standards overnight.
Key Qualifications:
1. Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service (preferred).
2. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve member concerns promptly and effectively.
3. Strong 'communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and members.
4. Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
