Job Purpose:

Provide legal support and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Result Areas:

1. Draft and review legal documents.

2. Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.

3. Manage land office registration procedures.

4. Liaise with external counsel and relevant authorities.

5. Experience in litigation proceedings would be an advantage.

General:

1. Support legal functions responsibly to ensure smooth operations.

2. Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties in a timely manner.

3. Maintain a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Laws degree.

2. 3 years of legal experience.

3. Experience in real estate law.

4. Strong skills in legal drafting, legal advisory, and negotiation.

5. Proficiency in English.
