Job Description
Responsible for assisting the General Manager in the running of the hotel by undertaking the overall operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel and ensuring the effective co-ordination of activities between them. Accountable for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the F&B Division and for the hotel to meet its F&B financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
- Co-ordinate the formulation of Annual Marketing Plan to establish a list of marketing activities in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
- Play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding the budgeted GOP for the entire hotel.
- Directs and controls all subordinate Food and Beverage staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
- Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in all outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Responsible for all Food and Beverage pricing, maximizing outlet profitability while maintaining value for money principles.
- Assists in the preparation of the hotels annual budget, and more specifically prepares monitors and controls the hotels Food and Beverage budget.
- Oversees the standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all Food and Beverage areas and takes appropriate action where necessary.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of related experience. Experience in the Philippines hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bachelor of Master Degree or full professional qualification in Food and Beverage or related field.
- Good English Language skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of individuals.
- Detailed knowledge of working practices of Food and Beverage, MICE, and Food Safety Standards.
- Good administrative skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure.
